  • This is quite literally the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever seen. Consistently, insanely understaffed, service is nonexistent and just getting a table is basically a miracle. I have worked in food service for 5 years and can't even begin to list the problems this IHOP has. If you don't have 2 and a half hours to wait for less-than-adequate service, please do not waste your time. Do not go to this IHOP.
