  • I so much appreciate Church on Church. My partner and I decided to get married in Toronto on the Saturday of Pride. After getting married, we decided to walk down Church Street during the festival. We were wearing "Just Married" signs. Also, three of us in our party of seven are ministers and two more of our friends are theologically educated. Two of us work for a church denomination. So it was an obvious choice to stop by Church on Church for drinks. When we walked it, the decor was really striking. A cool atmosphere. And they immediately brought us a free bottle of champagne in celebration of our wedding. We stayed for another round of drinks, and then continued on our way. I thought the move to give us champagne was really sweet. They weren't super-busy, as most of the action was outside, but they were still pretty busy with all the customers. Their drinks are also great. Of course we like the names of the drinks: eucharist, or named after saints. We had some snacks, which were also tasty. Thanks for adding to our great day, Church on Church!
