WORST florist ever!!!! My husband ordered a dozen RED roses to be delivered on our anniversary. I received peach and yellow roses! WHAT???? When I returned them and asked for a full refund, I was given the run around. They said I should be happy with what I received because the order was placed without much notice. I replied, you shouldn't take an order that you can't fulfill. After much time and aggravation, they agreed to refund our money. However, I had to put the flowers on my porch for pick-up. I was out shopping when they told me this. By the time I got home I get a phone call that the flowers were not on the porch. I explained I was out shopping, but they have been on the porch for a bit. They tell me that their delivery guy has now gone home, and in order to receive my refund, I have to bring the flowers inside and set them out AGAIN tomorrow. AND, they must be in the same condition that they were delivered in. SERIOUSLY???? I did as they said. Upon getting our credit card statement the next month, we see we were only partially credited for the flowers. I called the florist and they said they will not refund the delivery fee. We again go in circles about my husband ordered RED roses and they delivered peach/yellow roses, and that I was the one making a big deal about this. Finally they refunded the delivery fee. Steer clear unless you wan't something completely opposite from what you order. Horrific!
