  • Why can't I give more than 5 stars?! Mike and Carol from Definitive Air are the only way to go when it comes to having your a/c serviced. Carol is extremely friendly and will set up your appointment, giving you plenty of notice if you need to get time off from work. If Mike might be late, Carol will call and let you know - ahead of time! Mike is very knowledgeable and fair. By calling Definitive Air, I saved at least 2-400 dollars from what another company was going to charge me. After spending some time with me and explaining and showing everything in a way I could easily understand, Mike didn't charge me a thing, explaining there really was nothing for me to worry about. The other a/c company who originally told me about the "problem" was going to rip me off!! Definitive Air has a lifelong customer in me and I've already recommended them to all my friends. I am so very used to being taken advantage of as a single woman (who is clueless about most home repairs) that it is completely refreshing to meet someone honest and honorable. Those are two words I have not used in a very long time to describe someone and I just used them to describe Mike. If you have any a/c issues, Definitive Air is definitely the company to call. Their number is 480-656-3337. I cannot say enough that THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL.
