  • Suggest dropping off clothes in a disposable bag. I brought my clothes in a duffel bag. Assumed they would take my clothes out of the bag but the lady on duty took the duffel too. When I returned for pick up, there was no duffel bag. Was told my bag was mislabeled and being delivered to another customer. Had to wait an hour or their delivery driver to return with my duffel. The different employee was very apologetic and my clothes were washed and folded nicely but it would have been nice to have not wasted the hour I spent waiting for my duffel bag.
