  • Wanted to order for catering but they did not know what I meant by party serving size. Instead, one of the order takers offered me a large cup and said "this is all I can do". I respond by saying I need good for 10-15 people and be referred back to the cup. I ended up having to order 10 large milk tea bobas, and did not hear anything about the rewards card for ordering 10 at one time. Additionally, I called 3 times in advance before coming in to see if they do catering, but no one answered the phone. They have 7-8 employees here on a not so busy Saturday. While waiting for my 10 milk teas, I called Brew Tea over at Henderson. They knew exactly what I needed and said they do catering and can accommodate large orders like this. Best of all, they were able to tell me over the phone. I'm sure they're boba is good don't get me wrong, but at the end of the day, they weren't prepared to make suggestions for large orders and catering. Hope you find this review useful. I'd prefer Brew tea over this place.
