  • I can't even justify giving these guys 1 star. I called them out for a busted water box on my washer. I used my home warranty and they told me that the washer box (only the valves) wasn't covered under my warranty and that they would have to charge me an additional $250 for the work. I called my home warranty that same day and they told me that the washer box was covered, so I called the technician (Josh Vandyke) back and he said he would get back to me. I called them back the following day and nobody responded and the next two days and sent emails and texts (which was a weekend but they claim they are 24/7). Finally I get a call back on Monday morning and they want to schedule for the following day (5 days later)????? Meanwhile my clothes are piling up around the house, but there is a catch since they want to clean me (no pun intended) for more money than the home warranty covers, they tell me it will cost an additional $225 because the home warranty doesn't cover the pipe adjustments needed to bring the box level????? The technician saw that when he first came out yet he never brought that up until they lost out on the $250 for the box. These guys are complete scam artists!
