  • Now my review is for the lost and found section of the organization. Ive experience their vet service...wonderful. And I visited their adoption section....excellent. but their lost and found????? BIG OMG can we give zero stars? And can we yell fake fake fake ! They are like robots with the politically correct please and thank you's but really this department is only looking for ONE thing $$$money money money! You call and the phone system constantly and it pushes you to the voice mail. I call through out the morning hrs and no answer. Hmm must not have a operator? So I travel there . My animal is in quarantine and was instructed must talk to a person the day your animals quarantine is up. Its very heavily stated its an absolute must to contact them via blah blah number or your animal will be put to sleep. I get there ready to prepay for my animals "bail".....and the fee went from $70 to $170..wtf! I was prepared for the $70. Aparently there are extra fees that was never mentioned in the email or the live quoted price. The receptionist reponse? Lets keeps this short and real shalll we how about a big "oh well" frankly this witch couldnt care less how much the bill is and weither or not you can afford it or not. She couldnt even care less that the consequences of not being able to afford this "sleezy way of making money for the animal foundation" was to kill an animal the owner clearly wants. Yep all this department wants is money. In fact i firmly believe they "fake" called supervisors to "ask" for payment plans. Think of car dealership tactics on so called "lowering your car prices" In the mean time as these people are tallking to you they say things like Im sorry. Or this is our policy. Basically: kiss my ass as i fakely smile to you knowing im f $#ing up your day. Anyways after a good 45 minutes i findly get a small cooperation from her supervisor. This women was nice, but All the receptionist both the brown head lady and long hair redish/blonde were both complete witches. (Im sure a reason why they chose not to wear name tags!) After all this this establishment DOES NOT allow you to prepay. Annoeying but ok fine. Before i picked up my animal after the allowed pick up time that evening, I recall the foundation informing them im running late. This is were the company gets huge zero. An operator answers. I ask to transfer to lost and found and it goes to voice mail. I recall ugently explainly im running late and need a live person to inform "dont kill my animal". Now this women is clearly pissed that im asking to be transferred to any live department to pass this message. I mean my animals life is at stake and im freaking out stuck in traffic and this new witch couldnt care less either! I get there 10 minutes late and theres tons of people in line. It takes me about another 20 minute wait before they call me up. During this transaction im told the rest of the $100 must be paid in person. They do not accept mail in payments, checks, or over then phone payments. Wtf?!?! What kind of place is this? Ok over the phone perhaps, BUT no mail in payments either. Ugh! Story ends: picked up my animal . Overall customer service sucks big time here at the found and unwanted section of the pound! And you would think since this place has such a nice vet and adoption section these witcnes in lost and found would be nice too. Nope all they care is money. And love to make people feel like BEEP when they dont have it. They prefer to kill their animals!
