A conveniently located golf course for people living in Scarborough. As a senior, I find this golf course is not only affordable, but also a great way to keep fit and to keep playing golf until the body says stop. Patrons playing in the morning are mostly senior folks, so it can be quite slow at times. The afternoons and weekends could be more suitable for the younger golfers and working folks who prefer a faster pace. The greens and fairways are generally well maintained by the City crew, however, unfortunately carts are liberally rented out even in inclement weather days and since there no cart paths for motorized vehicles, the fairways could take a beating after rainy days. Also, I find the wardens here are too friendly and do not monitor interlopers using the practice net and pitch/put areas at the inconvenience of paying patrons.
