rev:text	Horrible experience this last week with this company. RUDE, inexperienced and very unhelpful. 1) A huge list of pre-screening very personal questions that were meant to try and qualify me. Criminal background, Income, ect. Before she would even take the time to show the property. She, Diane at 480-374-5500...the agent even asked me who will be living in the unit besides me. When I said Jeremy she asked who he was. I said my future roomate. Then she asked my sexual preference and if he was my boyfriend. I was appauled. I reported her to the management and was told there was nothing she could do. She also aske the move in date and expressed to me it was a waste of her time and money to show me the unit is it was longer than 30 days out. I told her forget it. Wanting to see the property I called another agent and scheduled an appointment. at 4.00pm on Sunday. WE went to the property and she called and cancelled at 5.00. Diane again. 2) I filled out my rental application in whitch was quite detailed. A property I was trying to rent and paid my application fee of $35.00 Chelsea called from the same office and was very rude and was demanding of proof of my income. My retal history is flawless however I have credit challenges. She explained everything was fine and that the application was approved. She then called me back and said that with my credit history , Rentals America would NEVER RENT to me. Regardless of rental history. The whole process was humiliating and Im sure the law was broen somewhere here. Especially asking if I was Gay. RUN DONT USE THIS SERVICE. I AM SPREADING THE WORD!
