  • Wouldn't leave 1 star if I didn't have to. First warning: There is NO return or exchange policy at this store. If you buy anything your sale is final. Any store that sells expensive furniture and doesn't have a return/exchange policy DOES NOT stand behind their work. There are plenty of other stores that offer a GUARANTEE that you will be satisfied or you can return/exchange the items. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Also, don't count on customer service EVER answering your call. We had a chair delievered about 2 weeks ago and it didn't work UPON delivery. They put in a work order and shipped the parts to our house. Told us to call when the parts came in. I have been trying to call now for about 5 days but no one ever answers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very very dissatisfied customer and I will NEVER shop here again. Note- Carlos the sales manager was great and as helpful as he could be with the policies this store has. Thank You Carlos.
