  • I contacted Jim in the early afternoon on 12/30/2015. He came over within an hour to provide an assessment and estimate to replace a badly deteriorated alley gate. Unfortunately, the area in which I live has had a rash of break-ins and burglaries with the perps accessing homes via the alley gates. I expressed my concern about a proper replacement. He had an idea of installing an all-steel security gate instead of the traditional wood/steel gates. It was a fabulous idea. With a reasonable price, I agreed to have him do the work. Literally the next morning, Jim texted me a photo of the completed door. Within 24 hours of that initial call, my new custom all-steel door was completed and installed with two dead-bolts. Basically, Jim not only responded quickly, built a quality product for me, but he also gave me peace of mind that my property is well secured. That's priceless. Thank you Jim!!!
