  • When we were looking for a home to rent with thought it would be a long and drawn out experience, but redbrick proved us wrong, the office staff is very kind and answered all questions we had with no hesitation. Since moving into our home, if there was a maintenance issue they responded right away but more than anything we appreciate their kindness and understanding. Currently we have run into a hardship and they were more than willing to work with us on rent payment and it is truly a blessing because we were stressed and didn't know what we were going to do. I would absolutely work with them again and we are thankful for their service and kindness. To be honest even if they didn't help us we would use them again because they have shown us nothing but great service. We have been here in their rental property 11 months and we have no complaints thus far. Nadine, Mario, Shawn, and Renee have all been great and we greatly appreciate it especially with my husband being the sole provider for our home and being a stay at home to three kids one of which is special needs we humbly appreciate them.
