| - worst service ever!! if i could give them zero star, i would! i walked into this store, spoke with matt because i was having some billing issues. matt promised to help me, took all my account info and told me to expect a call from sprint the next day but 2 days passed no calls from anyone! i called them back to follow up, this time i spoke with anthony, who also claimed to be the assistant manager and because he said matt was off that day, so anthony took my account infos again and promises that he will have matt call me first thing the next day when he comes back.again, couple days passes and no calls from this store!!!so i called again, A guy named Clint answered the phone, asked for matt but He told me matt was off that day and will be back tomorrow. after that phone call, i decided to walk in to the store since i couldn't get any results over the phone. and as soon as i walked in, matt was in the front and greeted me!!! when i told him that 10 minutes ago, someone just told me he's off he quickly took off and called anthony (assistant manager) whom again tried to repeat from just asking for my account info to nothing! then another guy came with the name russ who is the store manager, covering all his useless employess a**, he took my account infos and promised that he would take care of it himself and i should be hearing back from him before the end of business day, but up to this day 4 days have passed i have not gotten any return calls from any of them!!! they are a buch of incompetent liars!!! the manager russ defends his employess because he himself is the same, a big liar!! there are lots of other sprint store in the area whk are more competent than these liars!!
