Liberty village is great place to live and work
It's got all the amenities and bars a young professional can have
Great urban downtown feel. It's got a police station inside.
Close to lake and downtown.
It's a great place to live life while single or dating. I wouldn't live here if I had kids... but that's more of a personal preference.
The rental prices are a little ---$50 to $100--- more per month then closer areas. Same with the condo sale market. But that's due to the fact that it's a brand.
Living on king street is nice. But living in a branded community such as liberty village (st Lawrence market. York Ville. Distillery district etc...) makes it more desirable therefore more $$
All in all for an investment I think it's a good plan. To live I think is better.
