  • MUST READ BEFORE GOING !!!! This has to be one of the worst places to live. We signed a 15 month lease, and man wast it the worst decision we did. 1: our mail kept getting lost 2: there been armed robbery here 3: the back gate doesn't open so you can't make an easy easy bound turn on Tropicana all have to go up 2 lights just to make a U-turn 4: our unit got flooded every time it rains And it never got fix in the 15 month we lived there. And they came in several time without notice to take measurements and quotes from contractors. And now that we moved out we get a bill for the damages. WTF 5: the price to live here we could ice rented a house in summerlin for the same price and would of been a lot happier! SO DO YOURSELF A Favor and skip this place and any Ovation property! You've been warned!
