  • I thought I needed a new fan in my desktop. Their tech thought it was the power supply. Ok, I can accept that it's the power supply. Can they fix the power supply? NO. They have to run a $59 diagnostic first that takes 24 hours. I asked if they could just fix the power supply. Nope. It is "store policy" that they have to run the diagnostic. What a scam.
