  • I was devastated when my 5 year old Dyson lost suction and I frantically searched 'vacuum repair' on yelp and much to my joy this Dyson service center popped up and not far from my house. Yay! I was greeted promptly and after I told him the issue I was experiencing, he took my vacuum back to take a look. He came back and told me it would only be about 10 minutes of I could hang out. I waited no more than the 10 quoted minutes and my vacuum was fixed. (Don't use carpet freshener with a Dyson -- or probably any vacuum -- and my filter was filthy...dur). He loaded it into my car -- and there was no charge!! He said it was a health check!! Score. He also told me that when I was ready for a new vacuum to come trade in mine for a newer model and below MSRP. I will definitely be back to this place when it's time to move on to the next Dyson.
