  • I don't understand how this place has only 3 stars and so many complaints. My experience here was amazing! Upon checking in, the lady that assisted me by the name of MJ was very friendly and super accommodating! We were here for my girlfriend's birthday and so I wanted to make sure she felt special. I slipped a note to MJ stating I wanted a slice of cake sent up to the room. During lunch time there was a slice of yummy strawberry shortcake waiting for my girlfriend in our room! Amazing service and no complaints here. Hopefully everybody else can experience the same.
