  • Anyone even considering using this company deserves what they get. First off they are not a 24/7 company, they use a 24/7 answering service that does not forward calls during off hours. Their actual office woman is absolute rude and will lie directly to you. On a Friday afternoon after receiving an emergency authorization from a home warranty company they called at 4:57 pm to set up an appointment. When I reached there answering service and explained the emergency I was told to call back after 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. I re-notified our management company who re-notified the home warranty company who pledge that AMA would be out on Saturday between 8:00 and 12 noon. Saturday morning at 11:20 the rude office woman said she was calling to set up an appointment for Monday. I explained that this was an emergency and we were informed that they would be there today (Saturday) She the woman said that nobody ever said that, and claimed that I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she flat out refused. I then demanded to receive a return call from someone who knew what they were doing and it is still 4 days later and still have not received a call back. At this point I wouldn't trust AMA to do a thing. Totally not trust worthy!
