  • Went to patty today around 6pm, didnt realize they only took cash and had spoken to one of the ladies and requested a half dozen. She said she only had cold left and would warm them for me while I went to withdraw cash and asked me "your gonna come back right?" Told her id be back quickly and came back within 5 minutes, door was locked and she looked at me and said "finished" and gestured me to leave. What a shame because their patties are great but this instance of customer service was disappointing.
