  • I am extremely disappointed with this company. I booked through Priceline and was quoted a specific fee. After a 6 hour flight, I mistakenly trusted the employee helping us. We booked the $100 insurance and a $50 upgrade but with all the hidden fees and taxes, it ended up costing closer to $250. When I asked if this included the fee I was already charged I was told it did but closer inspection of the contract proved it did not. We ended up paying $400 for a 4 day car rental which is insane! When I called Advantage to complain, they were the opposite of helpful. I rarely write reviews on this but I was so disappointed, I felt I had to help other people avoid the same outcome.
