  • Century Communities. Where do I start. As a new owner of a new house they built for me, I can't say I am happy even though it's my first purchased home. The craftsmanship I give a negative 3. It seems the workers just don't care about how they complete their work. Very sloppy!! Most of all I can't understand how their managers feel the work is acceptable. Now for the managers or project managers, they promise and promise a completion date, but it turns out to be completion dates that get pushed out every week. They will also tell you they'll fix things you still see that need attention, well to say the least, more false promises. It's very disappointing when one is excited to move into their first home. I give the managers a negative 5 since they're responsible for the outcome and feel their final results are acceptable. If I knew now what I didn't know then, I never would have chosen Century Communities. It's been a long exhausting ride. Two thumbs down. By the way. I'm still waiting for things to get fixed. Haven't heard a word from them. They have their money, so why do they care!
