  • I was recommended to this company by a neighbor/friend. It is with regret that I am having to write a bad review. I am disappointed with this company. I had an appointment today with Albert for an estimate on my backyard at 10:30AM. I receive a call from Albert at 10:35AM letting me know that he was running late from a previous estimate and would be at my house in 20-30 minutes. That part was fine. I waited until 1pm for him to show up and he never showed. I even tried calling him around 11:30AM to get an ETA and it went to voicemail so I left one. I never received a call back. I feel that it is completely unprofessional for a company to set up an appointment with someone, call to say they're running late and then not bother showing up at all. Why even call in the first place? I'm sure they do great work but definitely lack professionalism. This is not someone I want to do business with.
