  • It's our first time buying a home, and in today's corporate-run economy, we have a few trust/suspicion issues. We found Advantage Inspection off our realtor's website, and working with Josh Hill and the Hill Group has been an amazing experience; they're very helpful in referring clients to companies which are very trustworthy. Scott Butler over at Advantage Inspection Service was phenomenal! He helped clarify important issues versus the minor ones, discussed what needed to be done prior to closing escrow versus what we could do when we moved in, etc. Best of all, they have this amazing guarantee that says if they miss something during the inspection, they'll fix it for you or the inspection is free! The meeting concluded with a thorough showing/explaining of all the details, and the printed results were given inside a binder with an owner's manual and TONS of additional helpful information. Scott made the process feel safe and informative, and I feel like I was given an overload of information about everything I could've wanted to know about my home. We're purchasing in a historic district, so it was even more important to know that we have someone being diligent with inspection details. Thanks Advantage Inspection Services; you're highly recommended!
