  • I'm really surprised how many 5-star reviews this place got, and maybe I'm just the one random one to have had a bad experience. I booked an appointment for a massage with Nicole for the purposes of relaxing. When I got there, she must have been the only person on site because the door was locked and there was nobody in the lobby (this was midday). I had arrived 5-10 minutes early for the appointment and was forced to stand outside on a day that was over 100 degrees. When I actually got to have the massage, Nicole talked NONSTOP the entire time. She asked me insanely personal and unprofessional questions. I was so uncomfortable and distracted by her talking that I honestly could not even tell you if the massage was good or not. I couldn't focus on what was happening and I left feeling frazzled when my goal was to relax. The reason I didn't give it only one star is because the massage room and office were pretty decent; the service prices are very low; and I did appreciate that she interviewed me beforehand to see if I had any issues that needed attention. It's sad that this place is so affordable yet I would never go back there ever again because of how miserable an experience I had.
