| - Have only lived here for six weeks, but so far I am impressed overall. The modern exterior architecture has always appealed to me, so when I sold my house this complex was already at the top of my list.
My apartment is in the "older section" (ten years old), with a great view of the mountains to the east (2nd floor unit). I did get a separate detached garage rental, and thankfully it's in the building (directly below my apartment) so I don't have to leave the building to get to it.
For the most part, the unit floor plans are unique. My unit, "Light", is a 2 bedroom with an overly large master bath, large dining area and the kitchen features a huge countertop. The units in the original sections can vary for the type of appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. as Joshua Hills was originally built as condos.
One area that could use improvement is the appearance of the breezeways. The floors near my unit are dirty, and the steps to the second floor feature lots of old gum stains, etc. Some of the exterior paint, on garage doors, etc. is very mismatched.
The office staff is friendly and efficient.
