  • Worst customer service I've had to deal with. I say "had to deal with" because our warranty company sent them, was not by choice. They came out to diagnose the problem, and the tech left our ac problem in worse condition. They finally came to replace a part, and left leaks in ducts. A tech comes out this morning for third time, and to no surprise our AC is still not cooling.
