  • I scheduled an appointment for 4:45 today. I arrived on time, however I sat in a chair with not very warm water. The owner advised someone would be with me. I asked for warmer water and she turned it on for about 10 secs, looked at me and said "Is that good" and turned it off before I could respond. She walked away. I waited until 5 and no one was coming so I got up and left. Unfortunate, because I will never go back or recommend this place.
