  • Caketini comes up short on customer service and quality. I had the Tuxedo (White Cake with Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate Chips, Buttercream, Truffle Drizzle) and it was average, I enjoyed the first 30% and struggled to find a reason to finish the whole thing except for not wanting to waste dessert. It could have been more moist...just seemed a little dry. She had the Lemon Raspberry (Lemon Cake with Raspberry Buttercream) and it was actually pretty flavorful....except I didn't like the flavor. She thought it was pretty good so i'll take it at her word. This is a cupcake place in an outside mall where you will find tons of preteens and high schoolers running around sometimes screaming, sometimes not. Not really a great location to sit and enjoy a cupcake with a friend. The service is hit or miss, you would think that the kids that work there would be friendlier...but hey maybe they dont know how lucky they are to have a job in this economy....you know, i don't want you to dance and sing for me, but just smile and be friendly. $4/cupcake
