  • If I could mark zero stars and still write this review...I definitely would! Unprofessional, Unreliable, horrible movers! I scheduled a move with New Planet Movers and gave a full estimate of what rooms and items would be moved. When the mover showed up a day late, he had an attitude when he walked through the door and told me that my move would be DOUBLE without even assessing anything. My place was clutter free and in order. When asked to explain where the overage was coming from in his mind and that I would keep with whatever pounds had been quoted (which I know was well within my range) he refused and then refused to make my move altogether. They asked me to give them another chance and agreed as long as they could schedule a different mover...which they assured me they would. Less than 5 days from my move they called me to say that the SAME guy was scheduled for my upcoming move...use him or get a refund!!!! REALLY??? Unbelievable!! They were referred to me and I wouldn't recommend them to move a doggy house around the corner! Horrible!!!!!
