  • I have been going to El Dorado Cleaners for years. But it was the one on Decatur. Never had a single problem. The one on rainbow openned, closer to where I live now, and I was thrilled. Great prices and always on point. Unfortunately they must of changed owners in the last few months because it has been havoc ever since. Not only have they lost articles of clothing, but they called me to tell me they found it, and that I actually owed them an additional charge (because apparently they never counted it originally)! This didn't just happen once, but twice. They lost the tie that was on my blouse, and their guarantee of being ready after 5p is inaccurate. As I was waiting for the "kid" to find my uncleaned and pressed clothes that were promised after 5, someone else came in saying his clothes smelled like diesel fuel and his sweater was messed up. Not worth the cheaper price to have your nice clothes ruined.
