After a day of drinking in Scottsdale, a group of my friends and I met here for dinner. I had never had tapas before, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. There are a LOT of options! We arrived during happy hour, and the cheapest drink on the menu was a coke/red wine combo. It sounded nasty, but I was so curious about it that I decided to order it anyway. It was... not gross? I'd never have thought to mix those two things together, but roll with it. It's unique.
Our server was incredibly helpful in explaining all the dishes to us. We ordered an array of tapas to share, and they were all quite good. My favorite was definitely the Txipirones con Almendras, aka stuffed squid. I used to think I was allergic to squid, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and try it anyway, and I'm glad I went for it. Absolutely delicious, and squid ink is surprisingly tasty! I can't recall everything we ordered (there were lots of plates going around!) but it was a good meal. This is a fun restaurant to visit with a big-ish group of people so you can order tons of things and try them all.
