  • After posting my yelp review about a negative experience with Lawson Family Plumbing, Jeffrey Lawson the owner reached out to me and apologized and went as far as trying to reimburse me for my costs to fix my hot water heater. I appreciated his concern and immediate response to my experience and for that I've changed my rating to 3 stars.
