  • If I could give this place no stars I would. My boyfriend and I recently moved out of this nightmare of a complex. I hate to sound dramatic but this was the worst mistake we've made. We lived at St Croix for two years. At first we wanted a 2 bedroom. It was unavailable so we settled for the 1 bedroom. I truly believe that they feel with a fresh coat of paint that the tenants won't notice the outdated/ broken down appliances. After the year we debated finding somewhere else but nothing was looking good. We decided to go for the two bedroom here. Again. The same issue we had at the next unit. The staff is rude and very lazy. Never came to fix things when we requested. The final straw for us was when we received a letter saying there had been break ins. Right then and there we went to end our lease early. A month before we were leaving our apartment gets robbed!!! Everything was taken. It was the scariest moment for me. DO NOT RENT HERE!! The price is not much but it's not worth it in the long run!!! Trust me...
