Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. After being interested we set up a install to switch from COX to Centurylink. On the day of our scheduled install, no one every showed up. We never received a call to inform us that no one would be arriving or to reschedule. The very next day, I called to cancel service with Centurylink as this is no way to run a business. Over the phone I confirmed that there would be no charges as nothing was ever done and I was assured there wouldn't be. A couple of weeks later, I receive a bill for over $300+ for an install and cancellation fees. After posting on Facebook to get a person to help me with this issue, I was helped by "Brian" who stated that I should have never been charged and that he had filled paperwork to reverse all the charges. Just to make sure that everything had been resolved I called into customer service and to my surprise I was told that the charges were still there and nothing had been "resolved." Really??? Now I have to wait 48 hours to make sure that this issue is resolved. What a nightmare. Save yourself the time and trouble and don't go through with signing up with Centurylink.
