| - MANAGERS HERE ARE SOOO LAZY! THEY'RE INCOMPETENT & DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. This place is a rip-off. I come here to buy pieces that I cut up to create new clothing, so basically I expect fabric prices...I found a full bodied dress that wasn't a 'name brand', it was filthy, buttons missing, it's worth from eye is maybe $5...the price tag showed $20. I only wanted the bottom piece but it was hard to justify the price considering I was going to rip it apart to make pants. Being a used-clothing shop, and visiting MANY all over the country, I'm used to bargaining, but this place would NOT budge. 'The price is as is.' 'But it's dirty, buttons missing, you can tell it originally came with a belt- which if included I'd possibly see more worth to it, but it's not.' 'Sorry, price is as is, and it's blue sticker day, not red.' 'Who's in charge of tags and why couldn't this one be blue?' 'Take it or leave it ma'am.' 'I'm sorry but it's NOT worth $20!' 'Well the back manager would have to make the adjustments.' 'May I speak to the manager?' 'I am the front manager. And price is as is.' 'Then May I speak to the back manager, you said the back manager can make the adjustments?' 'The back manager is not in today.' (Pretty sure she was giving any excuse to just get me to leave.) I then threw my hands up and said forget it. I was also going to purchase Aldo heels I found, stained with blood in the peep toe area, which I also demanded a discount for, but nothing...I LOVE goodwills, but this one has THE WORST customer service. Seriously, they carry clothes GIVEN, why doesn't this location consider bargaining? The manager was clearly just being lazy...slowing poking at a register monitor like a sloth, while the line built up to insanity.
