This branch must be where they send employees before putting them in a more permanent location or perhaps before firing them altogether. There is a revolving door of employees and managers so you never get to know them and they never get to know you. This keeps the customer from developing any loyalty or relationship with the bank which is not what people want from a bank. It hasn't always been this way but it has been this way for years now. I dread coming here and I should go somewhere else but I live in the area and have been coming here so long; I just keep hoping that it will get back to the way it used to be but that doesn't seem likely. The people are not friendly, the bank has no weekend hours even though the yelp page and bank website says they have weekend hours at select locations. I am at the Southpark location which the SunTrust website claims is open today, a Saturday, from 9-12. They are not open. This is a clear indication of how this bank operates overall. They don't care about their customers, this is just another business that is only about themselves. They don't care about convenience, keeping their websites updated, keeping good people in the branches so that customers feel like they are special and develop relationships. There are banks on every corner who want your business and care about you. Why would anyone come here??? I will definitely be making a change. Businesses shouldn't be able to survive when they are only there to serve their interest and not the needs of the customer.
