  • Worst HOA, worst community in the valley! North Las Vegas living conditions at Henderson prices! Has been one problem after another with this community! Everything from HOA coming on my property and even in my backyard looking for anything to write a letter about to getting harassed and questioned by there security guards when I walk my dog at night, not to mention how shitty the houses are built! I can't even take a shower or cook something in the microwave without blowing a fuse! Now today once again with no notice the water is cut off! Luckily for me I rent a house here was gonna wait till my lease is over to move out but I will be breaking that lease early on the grounds of 3rd world living conditions!
