  • I called to ask what they charge for a Lb of R-22. They refuse to give ANY pricing over the phone. Mandates a tech shows up and charges a trip charge to do so prior to giving any pricing. I think its VERY odd whn a company refuses to give a price for a product. I didnt ask them to diagnose a failure, or estimate a repair over the phone. I ask what their FIXED cost was on a single lb of R22. They REFUSED to give it. Seems like they want a chance to come out and try to find something wrong or upsell or something. Weird.
