I bought expensive nail polish and it went bad very quickly so I waited in line to exchange it and the girl said yes go pick the exact color for exchange. After returning to the register she says oh sorry I cant exchange it because more than 10% percent is used. I just paid full price for old nail polish, wasted my time driving to the store and waiting in line and having walk back around the store to find a new product just to have a sales person tell me oh yeah I just thought of the useless policy so too bad for you. Really poor customer service practices, I hope that old bottle of nail polish you sold me was worth losing a customer. Save yourself the hassle and get the same exact brand at Target, at least they stand behind there products...
