Why can't a car dealership be honest? I bought a 2004 used car from this dealership and paid cash. Naturally the car is sold as is but they say they do a 125 point inspection first. I had the car one day and found out one of the seat belts in the back was broken. Since I have three children this was an immediate concern. I also had no air conditioning and a terrible brake squeal. I was told to take the car all the way to their east side location for any repair. I did that and they filled the gas in the AC which leaked out by the time I got home. They said the brakes are fine which they are not. They said they would order a new belt buckle as the law says it has to have all three and I need them. It has been over a month and no buckle. I went to Sun auto and in three days they had the buckle and is charging me $238 to replace the belt and buckle. Why lie and say the car is in good shape or we will take care of the problem. If you have no intention of fixing it say so. So would I recommend them, only if you have no other option. This was originally a one star review. Joseph, the manager contacted me and said he was sorry for the problems. He agreed to reimburse me for my loss from the other repair shop for the seatbelt and offered a loaner to get the air conditioning and brakes fixed as originally promised. If he lives up to hs promise then this review will stay at four stars.
