rev:text	STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL FACILITY They will perform initial dental work on you and then trump up additional charges for work that has not been performed. I have been going to the dentist every other month for years to have general cleaning and was informed by this office that I had early stage periodontal gingivitis. After paying out of pocket to have my back molars scaled, I was set up on a tri monthly maintenance schedule which would cost me an additional $105 out of pocket. After informing the hygienist that I could not afford such the services under my current insurance plan. I asked if they could perform general cleaning until I changed my plan (in approx. 6 months). She told me that they would not be able to perform general cleaning on my teeth and stated I had no other alternative other than the tri monthly plan that was set up. Six months later I received a bill for a panoramic xray that was NEVER performed on me. When I disputed the bill, I was told that it was mandatory at their office to take bit-wing and panoramic crays at the time of appointment for all patients. The receptionist (Kiera, the receptionist/office manager/billing manager, even told me she remembered seeing me have the panoramic xray taken......?????????). For months, I disputed the charge and was given the run around about speaking with the doctor. On one occasion I was even told the dentist was the office manager, so there was no one else to speak with concerning the bill. The dentist has never made himself available to address discrepancies concerning billing and does not have a office manager (or someone who is actually knowledgeable). I THINK THE OFFICE IS CORRUPT.
