  • Needed some relaxation for myself and my wife, so I bought a Groupon for this place. I tried calling multiple times and no one will answer the phone, they just refer you to their website, which is horrible. I tried booking through the website and they were booked out for months and had no times available where I would be able to come in (3pm during the week was the latest, 3-4 months out) - ridiculous, especially considering that people actually have jobs and work. If this whole process wasn't annoying enough, I just got an email from Groupon saying: ____________________________________________________________________________________ "We have some bad news: Tranquil Massage LLC is no longer able to provide the services for your Groupon, so we've had to cancel this deal. We know--we're disappointed too. If you haven't had an opportunity to redeem your Groupon, please get in touch with us at www.groupon.com/support and we'll be happy to provide further assistance. We really appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to let us know. Thanks, Groupon Customer Support" ____________________________________________________________________________________ UNBELIEVABLE!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE! They don't care to answer the phone and they sure as hell don't care about honoring their deals. Lost $70 because of you A-holes.
