I went down their to discuss my issue with my bill and I was MOCKED by a hippo with glasses who claimed to be the manager on duty. They absolutely have no idea what customer service is. They LIED on my husband and said that he said he agreed to pay the $200 outstanding amount due to THEIR ERROR. I guess they think spouses don't talk to one another? I was also told by said hippo that them billing my insurance is a FAVOR TO ME. You gotta be kidding me!!!!!!!! I am not being paid by the insurance company so how is this a favor to me??!?!?
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY BAD EXPIRENCE AND THAT THEIR IGNORANT FRONT OFFICE AND BILLING IS GOING TO COST THEM BUSINESS.
