  • Update.... Chris and I had an opportunity to review my experience and he went out of his way to assure me that the experience I had is not typical. Seeing the willingness to provide a customer with great service and given that aside from Doug everybody at the dealership acted professional I bought the car. Go see Brandon my sales guy, he is knowledgeable and personable, (should you encounter the sales manager Doug just ask for somebody else before he tries to bully you) and your experience will be great. Hoping for a great experience with my new car.
