rev:text	do not go to this location!! customer service is horrible!!! i have brought my car in for a service at this location about 3 times now and each time, the service was fine, i would not say outstanding but just fine. today i booked an appointment to service my jetta during my lunch hour at work because i was 500 km over the recommended km for a service and it was the long weekend and i would be doing a lot of driving and did not want the mileage to increase. i sent a request by email the day before and the bookings person calls me at 11 am to confirm my appointment at 12pm. i also included both in the comments section and spoke to her on the phone that i need a shuttle service back to work right away. she said yes i will ensure you that you have that. i arrive at my appointment, go through the details of my car with the inspection guy and let him know i need a shuttle service, he said he doesn't know where the shuttle guy is, even though i said i needed one right away. but it's okay, i was a little late anyways and i let him know i'll be in the waiting area. 5 minutes later he approaches me to ask me the location of my work. the dealership is hwy 7 & martin grove and my work is keele & wilson. he says that's too far and we only service woodbridge area!!! so how am i suppose to get back to work now!?! when i notified the girl i need the shuttle service back to work. in addition i had a shuttle service drop me off and pick me up at keele & steeles, so i assumed it would not be a problem to get a shuttle service to keele & wilson. the guy is being a complete dick, acting like he does not care how i get back to where i need to be when i am dropping my car off for a service. i am extremely polite asking if they can make an exception this one time. he says he cannot lose his shuttle for an hour because theres traffic. i then say i need to take my car back because i have no other way to get back to work and he says okay and does not even care. i did not want to waste anymore time arguing with this man and decide to leave to get back to work. i did not make a big scene in the dealership because i was not sure if on the website it specifies a restriction of the shuttle service area. no where on the site does it have a restriction!!!! it says: "exceptional services, exceptional people at martin grove vw, we're equipped with the current best diagnostic and repair equipment that's available for our factory-trained technicians to take advantage of while servicing your vehicle. * drop-off and pickup shuttle service * online booking with instant confirmation * complimentary car wash with every service * 30-point inspection with fluid top-up included in any service" i am extremely pissed because i wasted my lunch hour taking my car to not even get serviced. my car did not get the oil change it needed and now i am going to be over the km for my oil change. i like to take good care of my car and the volkswagen martin grove dealership could care less about my car or their service. worst service ever!!! please do not go here. in addition i am having a lot of sensoring issues with my car such as "key not found" and horn not working!!! going back to driving a honda asap!!!!!!!!!
