I purchased a package from this salon and went in for my last visit for a facial with Laurie. She is amazing. My disappointment was not with her but with the owner.
I had called to set up my appt and the receptionist stated she could not find me. She said someone would call me the next day. I did not receive a call back so I had to call again. They weren't available when I called again so I waited for the call in the afternoon. I did get a call back and was told that they found me and that I would have a credit.
Upon checkout I was told that I owed more money. Really??? The owner made it known to me she was the OWNER and did not address any of the calls I made. I let her know I was not trying to argue with her and that I was a paying customer. It's the principle. She was very defensive and didn't care. She made my great experience there turn into a quick negative experience. You would think an OWNER would create a great customer experience. I would expect more from Aveda.
I will not return here and would NOT recommend the Centennial location because of the OWNER.
