My hair appt last week never happened due to an error on The Blue Daisy's side. I arrived early just in case my stylist was ready only to find out that my original booking had been switched to the following Monday. Two week wait to reschedule between my schedule and my stylists schedule. I called this morning to cancel since my daughter who's a stylist in CA did my hair this past weekend........1st call 20 rings no answer, 2nd call 15 rings no answer. Finally 3rd call got through. Told girl at front desk I wanted to cancel my 1:30 appt on Friday. All she said was OK. What, how about asking if I want to reschedule or is there something else we can do for you. Obviously I won't be returning. And you know who suffers, the stylist!!!!!
