  • A REGRETTABLE DISASTER!! These corrupt people raised my deposit to $1600 let me move into a house that they never cleaned up from the last tenant. They promised clean it properly including front and rear yard clean up. I was going to sign the lease days later, after the work was all complete. But the owner said she conveniently had the lease on her and wanted me to sign it right there. After i signed it, they didn't know me anymore. House was a complete wreck. They painted nothing. Scrapes, scuffs, and marks in every room. Portions of walls had paint completely eroded. Sewage in the kitchen, cuts had cuts on the 50 cent floor. Broken blinds, filthy carpets, broken texture, burned food on stove. Garage looks like someone threw tires on the walls. I'll never forget the food long weeds in the front and backyard either. I sent about 25 emails regarding the lack of clean up. They acted like I was crazy. I sent them over 70 pics of the house and didn't hear from them for a week. They needed to get their story strategy straight. They have been unapologetic and completely callous. Mesa Verde is a wretched company. I suspect if I had been a little more lighter in color, I would not of had a problem.
